· Advice on how to maximise rental property income
· Finding the suitable tenant(s)
· All safety certificates and checks completed

· Processing the Tenancy application while gathering the necessary references
· Drawing up the Tenancy Agreement
· Holding Dilapidation deposit
· Full Property inventory drawn up/signed before occupancy of property
· Informing Council and Water board of changes in occupancy
· Handling the supply, fitting and repair of all domestic appliances (chargeable)
· Supervising any repairs if necessary

Collection of Rental Payments
You will receive the rent after 7 days of rent being received by
your chosen method
(Cheque, Electronic Banking, Paid into your bank branch)
· Quarterly Rental Statements, with attached Quarterly inspection
reports carried out by a representative of Safe Investments
When Tenancy expires?
· Renewal of tenancy
· Carrying out final Inspection including taking the Final Readings
· Deducting appropriate amount from Deposits for any dilapidations
· Ensuring end of tenancy clean up, so property can be rented out again.
