One of our Partners had served two years as CEO of the Association and currently serving as a Chairman of the Local Branch. The other partner being an experienced Construction Consultant and Quantity Surveyor. This organisation enjoys good relations with Local Universities and Authorities. Always in consultation on important issues of the Landlord and Tenants needs.

We manage over 100 properties and liase with a number of companies when in search of suitable tenants.

At any one time we have an extensive, maintained database of prospective tenants and vacant properties. As properties become available, our first action is to contact prospective registered tenants whose requirements match those of the vacant property.

For landlords, we offer “Full Property Management” or a “Letting Only ” service dependant upon your requirements.

We pride ourselves in being able to offer all of our clients sound and professional advice with our experience and extensive local knowledge, without having to charge any Agency/Administration fees to our prospective tennants.
